How it works: 

Once the gift card is purchased, a unique code is generated for the gift card. You will receive an email confirmation. The option to add a gift card for payment appears at checkout both in store and online. To redeem the value of the gift card, enter its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. 

Is the gift card for someone else? Forward the gift card email to the recipient!

Local Pickup

Local pickup orders will be picked up at Abe's Place front desk, not Gateway's Marketplace. Pickup times are 7 days a week, 9am-4pm. You will receive email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup. There are no exceptions to the pickup timeline.

Shipping

Shipping calculated at checkout. Shipment times are seperate from order fullfilment times.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges cannot be processed in Gateway's Marketplace. All claims must be sent to GatewayMarketplace@gatewayrehab.org. Please review our policies for more information.

  • Local Delivery

    Local Delivery option is ONLY available to Gateway Rehab staff. This delivery method ensures free shipping through interoffice mail delivery. If applicable, please select the local delivery option at checkout and you must provide the address for your office location.
